The view from our room at Hydro Majestic was amazing. Waking up to panoramic views of the surrounding landscape was magical. The bed was comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The reception lounge was also beautifully designed and offered a comfortable space to relax. The breakfast spread had a great variety of options and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for its fine views and comfortable accommodations.

The rooms were beautifully decorated with elegant furnishings and maintained to a high standard. The staff was attentive and friendly, providing really good service. The location offered fine views of the valley, great for a picturesque and relaxing holiday. the hotel had a lovely gift shop with interesting and unique items.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, with super clean rooms and facilities. Parking was convenient and easily accessible. The hotel's location provided amazing views, especially from the Wintergarden restaurant. The staff were really good, particularly Alex, who made our celebration extra special with a fantastic room and a birthday treat.

The location was unhelpful in preventing us from using a short "Staff only" passage to the restaurant where the alternative was to go outside into the pouring rain for reentry into the restaurant. The views from the hotel were amazing, with everything within the Blue Mountains easily accessible. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly and provided good entertainment during our meals. The hotel had a cozy atmosphere, although it was quite cold in the main areas.
There was a lack of vegan options available during breakfast.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The location was perfect - it was situated on a cliff top with the most amazing views of the mountains behind. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the room was immaculate. I appreciated the little touches like the welcome drink and the complimentary toiletries. The housekeeping was excellent too - my room was always neat and tidy. I also enjoyed the on-site facilities like the leisure garden and TV room, which were great places to relax.
While the staff were pleasant, they perhaps could have been a little more trained in terms of customer service. However, that didn't detract from my overall experience.

The location, spaciousness, dining options, and outside appearance of the hotel were all wonderful. The bed, snacks, breakfast, and view were also great features. The refurbished building added to the charm.
